I would say that my family and freinds/coworkers motivate me whether we’re discussing food or working out. We fed off of each other. It’s pretty cool. And if i have made a change and they notice, whether I look more energized or thinner, it helps. Then I think we all need to motivate ourselves. I was taking a break from FC for a couple months. When I exercise and have better eating habits, I feel more fab. It’s a good feeling. I like feeling healthy. Especially when I try on some jeans and they’re a little loose. And of course, Laura helps push ourselves, gets us to try level 2/3 before taking it down a notch!For the tee I like the white/pink or the blue/grey
